Silicon Flow (硅基流动) is a China-based AI inference platform that aggregates many coding and reasoning models behind one API, including open-source and Chinese-language options.
It suits teams that want a single key for multiple models—code assistants, chat, and multimodal workloads—without registering separately with every upstream vendor.
Silicon Flow operates two regional sites: the China site (siliconflow.cn) for domestic users with RMB billing and local compliance, and the global site (siliconflow.com) for international users.
How to Get an API Key
- Open the official Silicon Flow API key page at cloud.siliconflow.cn/me/account/ak and sign in or register.
- Create a new API key in the console, then copy and store it securely—keys are usually shown only once.
- Call Silicon Flow’s documented API base URL with the key as a Bearer token, following their OpenAI-compatible or platform-specific examples.
- Keep the key in server-side environment variables; rotate it immediately if it is exposed.

¥16 real-name authentication voucher
Users who complete first-time real-name authentication on the SiliconFlow China site (cloud.siliconflow.cn) can claim one ¥16 certification reward voucher—new and existing accounts included (one per user).
Campaign runs through 2026-12-31. Voucher is valid 180 days after claim; usable for API calls, batch inference, fine-tuning, and other billed usage on the China site. Previously authenticated users may still claim during the campaign. Always confirm rules on the official site.
Referral officer: ¥16 per successful invite
Verified users can invite others via a personal link or code. When an invitee registers and completes real-name authentication, the inviter gets one ¥16 referral reward voucher.
No stated cap on invite count or rewards during the campaign. Vouchers are account-bound and non-transferable. Confirm eligibility and rules on the official SiliconFlow China site.
